Stay Here for Comfort and Amazing Service, Staff Became Like Family During Tough Times!

Incredible staff support during difficult times.

The rooms offer a solid kitchenette setup with a refrigerator and stove—perfect for saving credits on meals in this flashy area. Location can't be beat. just a short walk to the Rio where plenty of action is happening....  

We enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The location is fantastic, being just a short drive from all the excitement, like the T-Mobile Arena. It worked perfectly for our family and two other couples....  

Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great. Smoke smell in the room was bad.

the shower had some mold in the corners,, but the hot tub was relaxing and the rooms were spacious. also, the breakfast options were perfect for a quick start in the morning, and the location was great for exploring las vegas.

Great location and comfortable stay

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and the kitchenette was perfect for making quick meals. The location was ideal, being close to attractions without the steep prices of staying on the Strip. However, there were some cleanliness issues, and a bit more attention to housekeeping would enhance the overall stay.

The proximity to local dining options was fantastic. we enjoyed a quick walk to Chick-fil-A. Additionally, the spacious one-bedroom suite provided ample room for us to relax during our six-night stay.

However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found hair on the bed when I arrived, and after requesting fresh linens, I received polite service but still felt uncomfortable. The bathroom needed maintenance, with stains in the tub. I also encountered a rude staff member at the front desk, which was a buzzkill. There was also an issue with noise from nearby rooms, making it tough to relax. For the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail and better customer service. Overall, I would say it's decent value for the location but be prepared for some quirks.

My family was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, clean kitchen, and the superb air conditioning. We saved on meals with the full kitchen, making our stay even better!
